HMC has been working with SDS since 1999. The project to digitise the association's extensive archive was ambitious and required both commitment and a willingness to adapt as the scope of the project and what was possible grew. HMC schools are known throughout the world for excellence and it was important for us to work with a partner who could deliver a quality service to our schools as well as to our association.

The SDS Group have been working the HMC since 1999 when they digitised and fully indexed the Minutes, Reports and Committee Archives of the HMC going back to 1869. They have continued to provide this corporate digitising service for HMC since 2004 and have been Sponsors of HMC since 2010. SDS Group support of the HMC continues with further heritage projects centred around the 150th Anniversary of the Headmasters’ and Headmistresses' Conference in 2019.

SDS... recommended and approved by the HMC, whose archive of Reports of Committees and Annual Meetings were successfully archived on CD-ROM, and which have since been updated and made accessible by secure web portal.
